How can I recover from a OST file when the Echange environment is gone?

If you've not removed the Exchange account from the mail profile, then you
can configure Outlook to Work Offline and read the mailbox. If you have,
then you'll have to purchanse an OST to PST converter. Be aware, though,
that if this mail was received while working for a company, then the
messages belong to the company, not you.
