All of the sudden, I'm not able to send emails through Outlook Express. I have no problems doing it through webmail at Charter.net. Following is the message I get using OE:

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Fw: Your Aetna/Blue Cross Policy Quotes ', Account: 'pop.charter.net', Server: 'smtp.charter.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 Message identified as SPAM - Please visit http://www.charter.com/postmaster', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69

I'm told by Charter that they no longer support Outlook Express, but that the error indicates that there was an email that is considered Spam. The email in question is from Aetna insurance (not spam at all) and I was attempting to forward it to my work email. Since OE apparently blocked it as Spam, I now have 26 other forwards and/or sends stuck in the Outbox. Can you please help?!?!

BTW...Charter's "phone recording assistance" did help me set-up another mailbox in OE and it's working fine. But when I get another email from Aetna will it do the same thing as before?
