Outlook Connector not connecting Mail

I installed Outlook Connector yesterday on my home PC. Except for having to
move everything (Contacts, Calendar, etc.) over to the NEW folder
xxxxxxxx.RemoveThis@hotmail.com, the connection to WLM appeared to work. I just bought
a new laptop and I am trying to do the same thing. Now each time I click on
my Inbox (xxxxxxxxx@hotmail.com) on my laptop it tells me that I need to be
a subscriber. The server status is telling me; Mail: Error, Calendar:
Connected, Contact: Connected.

The detailed report says:
Error in Mail
Outlook Connector is available only to subscribers.

I am a Plus paying member and am using the latest version.

If I open Outlook on my PC everything works. Yes, I've tried to close
Outlook on my PC before opening the Laptop to prevent duplicate sign on.

Any ideas?
