I installed and re-installed my newly purchased Outlook 2007 and it doesn't
work in it's regular mode. I followed the steps listed on
http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/outlookdoesntstart.htm and finally got the
page to work in Safe Mode. However, even with the steps that it suggested to
resolve the issue, nothing else works.

Is there any other way to resolve this issue?

No need to post more than once. You were answered a full 18 minutes prior to
this report.
