Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>thirdpartyutil (more info?)

Hi

I am usings Outlook 2007 with exchange server 2003/SBS2003. I have three
seperate companies and have created a mailbox for each company which is a
exchange user mailbox/sbs user with the relevant email addreses assigned to
those users. Each of thos mailboxes are in my main Inbox for me as a user.
All works perfect and exactly what I want and with 2007 it is much improved.

The only challenge I get is that I have a follow up folder in my main inbox
but for some reason I cant get a follow up folder in each of the company
mailboxes which would make it ideal that all of my follow ups are seperate
in each company so I have a one for each company. Also if I assign a follow
up in one of the company mailboxes it does not show as outstanding in the
main follow up folder.

I can do this with categories but it would be nice to have an folder for
each company does anyone have any ideas please

Thanks for your help

You must log into each mailbox using a profile that has that mailbox as the
default store. Set up your search folders there and make sure you touch any
you are interested in. Then when you access them as delegate mailboxes in
your main profile the search folders will work. However, you do have to
select a search folder before it will update usually.
