Outlook doesn't have a spam folder. You must have got something installed
which a) created it in the first place and b) keeps re-creating it. What AV
application are you running?

What is an AV program, I am not very computer literate so please explain in
lay mans language. Thanks for answering my question, I didn't think I was
going to get an answer.

AV = antivirus. However, antivirus programs don't make folders for spam.
Antispam programs do. You must be running an antispam tool that is creating
the extra spam folders. The only one Outlook uses is the one called "Junk
E-mail".
