I have a problem with my Outlook 2003 client, recently, it stopped
connecting to my Exchange server, no errors, no messages.
it just won't connect.

I tried looking through the MSKB articles to see what the problem could be,
but none of them applied.

I replaced the TCP/IP stack, I also uninstalled the entire Office
application suite and reinstalled it with the same result.

I can PING the exchange server so that's not the problem....
My user account / password are good.

Anybody familliar with this problem ????

Thanks in advance,

Joe Ambrose

Hi Joe,

Do you get an error message or is Outlook simply not starting ?
Did you try to create a new profile ?
Are you using MAPI ?
