When first opening Outlook it sometimes takes minutes, when finally open and
opening an e-mail , the cursor changes to hourglass and nothing happens again
for minutes.If i click on an open spot , that is when outlook tells me
(Not Responding)
All this happens only while online, if im offline, outlook tends to act
normal. Oh yea, im on dialup (gasp) with with XP Home ,SP2. While waiting on
Outlook to RESPOND, i open IE and surf with dailup speed which works fine .
