A user brought this to my attention and I have no clue how to fix this one...hoping some thoughts and suggestions could help me out.
We use Outlook/Exchange 2003 Professional Edition; this user has his mailbox set up with a reading pane to the right to view his content. When he wants to reply to a specific email it takes a while to load and get his set up to type in the text field. No one else has this problem and I've tried setting my mail the way he has it and when I click on the Reply button it loads the window quicker than his.
We've already beefed up his ram up to 2.0bg and I've checked with symantec to make sure it wasn't scanning anything opened, closed, emailed, etc.
So I am all out of ideas..any thoughts or suggestions?
