PMIs it possible to add a My Computer Icon so you can view all the folders
within a Local Hard Disk in the Navigation Bar.
If so is it possible that you can drag & drop emails from the Inbox to a
Location
on the local Hard disk in the Navigation bar?

Nope. You can, however, drag-and-drop to a folder shortcut on your Desktop
or to an open Windows Explorer.
