Hi,

I have a user who works remotely from two locations and is not very computer
savvy. They are in need of a tool or quicker method of changing the SMTP
server based on the location (ISP Specific: Cox, Brighthouse, etc.) they are
working.

Is there some tool or quick script that will change the SMTP setting for the
one profile used so the user has minimal changing of the email settings. I
found a tool by the name of Desert Fish Roamer but I am unsure it will work
with Outlook 2003.

Thank You,

Roger

Why not set up multiple profiles for your user? You can name each profile
as appropriate. Control Panel, Mail, Show Profiles.

Randy,

Can I have both these profiles share the same mail folders using this
solution. I thought of this idea before, but wasn't sure if the user will
have the same address book, mail folder, settings, etc. using different
profiles.

Thanks,

Roger

Hi Roger,

find "Autoroute SMTP" tool in Internet -- it is freeware tool which seat in
the tray and helps to change SMTP server with one click. And more, it can
automatically change the address of SMTP server depending in which network
you are working.
