Microsoft Fax blocked

I have installed Windows SBS 2003 SP1 and use the integrated fax with
a modem US Robotics 56kb. Often understood that the service to the
reception or the transmission of some fax jams and the only one to me
via it is that one of restart the server. There is for case some patch?
