Microsoft Excel printing Arial as symbols

It displays fine on screen and on print preview but when printed it displays only symbols.

For example, the word test prints to be !". It's not the printer or printer driver because I have tried reinstalling many times. I have also gotten a fresh copy of Arial and reinstalled it on this computer. It prints any other font fine except normal Arial. It even prints all the variations of Arial such as Arial Bold fine. I have also tried changing the font size but this also does not work.

I can't find ANYTHING about this problem on the net. Can anyone help?
