Macro Commands for Word 2007

I need to find a book with a list of the commands to create macros in Word 2007. I tried to create a macro with clicks of the mouse but for instances, can not select a line, using that method.

I would like to migrate from another wordprocessor to Word, but need to recreate some rather complex macros before I can do that.

Have NO clue where to find such a book.
