Firstly, I've read all related posts about this issure in this forum and none seem to be my issue. The most similar was for someone who had this same problem on a network and the solution had to do with renaming a couple of dll files which I, being a sole user, don't have access to. I think.
I've put the following sentence in both Word and Outlook...

...and despite "Do not check spelling or grammar" being UNchecked, I don't get any errors.
I've ran the MS Office Diganostic tools and this hasn't fixed the issue either.
Can someone please help? I delivered a less than perfect document to a client yesterday and am fretting seriously now.
