Linking a public contacts folder to WordPerfect Address Book

I need to link an outlook public contacts folder to every user's WordPerfect
Address Book. I have the link from my personal contacts folder to the
address book, but I need all of my users to have access to these contacts for
purposes of letter writing in WordPerfect. How do I make this final
connection?
