Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>general (more info?)

Hi

We have observed that vaild mails from Partner Domains are moved to Junk
Folder (false positive). Its also observed that out of 45 mails from partner
domain only 5 mail are moved to junk folder. These 5 mails either have
attachment or hyperlink.

Problem facing user are not keen in adding the partner domain into Safe
Sender List, since the partner domain list is to large and keeps changing.

We have Outlook on 2007 without SP and Exchange 2007 with SP1

Any kind of help will be great

Regards

Unfortunately, you either need to disable junk mail filters or add the
affected domain to the safe sender list.

You can control this on the Exchange server then. Mark the domain as safe
within the Junk Email Filter configuration on the server and you should be
set. Additionally/Alternatively you can use Group Policies to deploy a safe
list as well which you can manage centrally and you won't have to bother
your clients either.
