International Fax

How do I send an international fax? I have the correct number, but I do not
know how to format it so it sends correctly, like whether to dial the number
in the parentheses.

Assuming you are asking about a Microsoft Fax product, phone numbers need to
be in canonical format so that dialing rules will be processed.
