You must move all the videos and the powerpoint in a single folder. You
cannot embed video into Powerpoint.

You forgot to include a copy of the movie file in the same folder of the
PowerPoint file, maybe.
The source movie file is only on your computer but not on others'.
So place the presentation file and the music together in the same folder, zip
it and send to the recipients.
Or you can convert the PowerPoint presentation to video using
PPT to Video Converter:
http://www.ppt-to-dvd.com/ppt-to-video-overview.html
No sound or any other effect gets lost with both converters. Then email the
video presentation or put it on YouTube so that they can share.

You may run into two problems. First yuou must make certain the video file
is in the same folder as the presentaiton to preserve linking. (You can not
embed it.) Second, the recieving PC may or may not have the codec needed to
play the video. (Currently there are hundreds of codecs out there.) You
might want to take a look at either PFCMedia or PFCPro as both will process
the video into a PowerPoint friendly that will play on any Windows PC.
