Hey Folks,
I have one user that lost all of the information from their contacts. The contacts are still in their address book, but there's no info for them, no e-mail address, no phone #, nothing. This seemed to have happened during a migration to Exchange and setting him up on BB Enterprise. I wasn't the one that set this user up and as far as I know, they were all there when the user was 1st setup. All other users that went through this are having no problems whatsoever.
Is there a way to find the information that was once contained within these contacts or is it gone forever? Should I have this user just manually add the info back into all of the contacts?
