we have a real big problem with our bcm 2007. When clicking the history
button an error message appears (original german version: Fehler beim
Anzeigen der Ansicht. Schliessen Sie den Datensatz und öffnen Sie ihn
anschliessend erneut, um den Datensatz anzuzeigen): Error while showing the
view. Close the record and open it again to view it.
We really do not know what to do. What is interesting is, that when starting
outlook with the parameter "outlook /cleanviews" the history will work for
some time. But after a moment (and the moment can be 2 minutes up to 4 hours)
the error message as mentioned above appears again.
Does anyone have an idea what to do?
