I have a bulleted list using numbers, and some of the numbers are
highlighted, how do I get in and un-highlight them?

The bullet or number is highlighted if highlight is applied to the paragraph
mark at the end of the paragraph. Select the paragraph mark (Ctrl+Shift+8 to
display formatting marks so you can see the paragraph mark). Then select No
Highlight. Alternatively, you can select the entire paragraph incl. the
paragraph mark, e.g. by triple-clicking in the paragraph, and then select No
Highlight.
