In Office 2003 there was an option for applying different levels of html
filtering to the email messages that were composed using Word 2003 as the
email editor.

I can't find an equivalent option in Word/Outlook 2007.

My email filtering software (MailMarshall) is blocking some Word 2007 emails
because of the html content. In Word 2003 setting the html filtering option
to the strongest filtering would prevent this from happening.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Some options have been removed from Word 2007 because Outlook 2007 uses its
own "mini" version of Word for sending formatted email rather than using
Word itself. Some options can be found in Office button - Word Options -
Advanced - Web Options (near the bottom of the long dialog box).

For other options similar to what you saw in Word 2003, check your Outlook
2007 settings. Tools - Options - Mail Format tab, HTML format section.
