Some options have been removed from Word 2007 because Outlook 2007 uses its
own "mini" version of Word for sending formatted email rather than using
Word itself. Some options can be found in Office button - Word Options -
Advanced - Web Options (near the bottom of the long dialog box).
For other options similar to what you saw in Word 2003, check your Outlook
2007 settings. Tools - Options - Mail Format tab, HTML format section.
