Grammer Question

Hello everyone, I am new here and also working on improving my grammer. Thus far it's been improving, now onto my question.

Is it wise to write in a letter

"for any studio/business/company"

OR

"for any (and choose either word studio, business, company) ?

What i'm asking is can I write all three with the slashes or is it best in a professional letter to write just one of the three words?

If you want to include all options, I would avoid the slash and write it as:

"for any studio, business, or company"

OR else write as

"for any entity"

although that second one sounds odd now that I look at it again.... LOL
