I'm frustrated with Outlook and Hotmail. For work, I am composing messages
in Outlook, and I format them in a certain way with the spacing I want,
bullets, etc. But for some reason, I've noticed that the message formatting
disappears when sent to a Hotmail account. This is very frustrating, as I've
spent time designing the body of the e-mail to be appealing and easy to read,
and I do not want it all to go to waste if the recipient is not using
Outlook. Is there some sort of step I'm missing? How do I keep my message
looking the same no matter who opens it?
