Is there a way to set Excel 2007 to show the Developer Tab in Ribbon using the administrative templates for Excel 2007 via GPO?

Manually you click the Windows button/excel options/ click Popular/check "show developer tab in ribbon"

I need to set this on almost 1,000 machines !!
