Hi, Dipak. I don't know whether the two error messages are related. Let's
address the "interface not registered" problem first, and hopefully the
"registry key" error will go away too. Search for the OLE32.DLL file on your
hard drive (the default folder for this file is C:\Windows\System32) and note
the folder where it is located. Close all open applications. Click on Start
| Run. In the "Open" box, type:
If necessary, replace "c:\windows\system32" with the actual path to the
ole32.dll file on your computer. You only have to run this command once, not
every time you start the computer. Exit. Reboot. Do you still get the
