When I type in the following sentence.
TORI is a leading company.
I get a grammar error which provides two alternatives:
TORI are and Torus is.
I've tried adding TORI, and TORI is to the dictionary -- that doesn' t help.
I checked on spelling variants
TARY TERI TORI TURI TYRI (changing the vowel A E I O U Y) do NOT produce this error
Similarly changing the lead consonant BORY CORY ... ZORY only produces an error for SORI (on one of my PCs, but not on the other.)
Of course if I turn off the grammar option for "Subject Verb Agreement" this goes away.
My educated guess is that TORI is somewhere in the main Microsoft Dictionary as a plural noun.
Does anyone have any work arounds? Or a contact at Microsoft?
Thanks,
Carl
