Hi,

I've had a weird problem crop up and wonder if any of you knew any reason
for this:
1.. 7-user Exchange site has suddenly found that everyones email format
has changed to plain text (previously HTML).
2.. No other sites are affected.
3.. Problem seems to be at the MAPI level as Outlook aok (using
Redemption).
4.. Default mail format in Outlook is HTML.
5.. Tried toggling using MSWord as editor but makes no difference.
6.. Network company were working on Exchange went it changed but they say
they did nothing

Best Regards,
Tom

Ok, so messages get sent in the HTML format when you are using Outlook but
not programmatically when using Redempion?
I thought that you were getting plain text in both cases.

Correct.

They are also now using Symantec Mail Security for MS Exchange and Symantec
Anti-virus.

Can you save good (sent by Outlook) and bad (sent by Redemption) e-mails
from the Sent Items folder as MSG files, zip them (important!) and send them
to my private address?
Thanks!
