We are looking for a way to create a custom dictionary that we can maintain
in one place and have each computer directed to use for a custom dictionary.

You can put one on a public share and add it as a custom dictionary to each
computer.

Tools/Options/Spelling and Grammar/Custom Dictionaries/Add
