Hi there

I have created a custom contact form in Outlook 2002 which I have attached to a shared contact folder as the default posting form. All the contacts that are in there have had their DocMessageClass changed to the new form.

The problem is that when a user that has Outlook 2003 opens a contact or creates a new one in that folder the form isn't the same. I have looked at the folder properties from this users PC and the custom form is listed as the default and I have had a look at the form design under Choose form from this PC and it doesn't look the same.

Can anyone help?
