I have a table of all my CD. Column 1 contains the CD number, column 2
the artist and column 3 the Album Title. The document is mostly UK
English, so that is my chosen dictionary.
One of the albums (No 43) is by an Italian Group "Locanda Della Fate".
I've done spelling checking and told it to ignore "Locanda" and "Della"
once. So far, so good.
I put a flag next to the number when I've taken a backup - a red asterisk.
When I put the asterisk next to the "43" in column 1, the words
"Locanda" and "Della" suddenly became mis-spelled!

Does anyone know why this is (other than a simple bug).

This is with Word 2003, if it matters/helps.

As I recall, "Ignore once" is very volatile. I believe it marks the location
in the document. As soon as you add anything ahead of that position, the
location marking no longer corresponds to the series of characters you told
Word to "ignore once".

Thanks - I admit that I was looking at that "once" and wondering how
long it might apply.
