Correcting send/receive error 0x80040900 using Hotmail w/O..

I don't know the correct settings to remove the send/receive error using
Hotmail with Outlook.

Are you using the Outlook Connector?

Since September 1, WebDAV access to Live Hotmail/MSN accounts has been
disabled.
For Outlook 2003 and 2007, you can use the use the Outlook Connector
instead.
For Outlook 2002 and previous, you'll have to configure it with POP3
instead.
If you are using Outlook Express, use Windows Live Mail instead (successor
of Outlook Express).

I too am having a problem sending and receiving. The send and receive box is
stuck at 37% and won't download my mail. A have Outlook Connector.
