Convert to PDF and maintain internal links

I am converting a Word XP document that has hyperlinks to Word bookmarks.
Basically, it's a table of contents at the beginning of an article. When I
convert the document using Acrobat 7, the links do not work. I want it to
work similar to the table of contents links in the following document:
http://www.planetpdf.com/planetpdf/pdfs/adobe/Acrobat_IT_Tech_Whitepaper.pdf

Can someone help me?

Hi Leo,

It has been reported that there is a problem in the
initial release of Acrobat 7. See if the information

Bob,

I don't think the problem is the same. Hyperlinks to websites and e-mails
are created and work fine. The problem is with hyperlinks to locations in
the document. Rather than bring you to the specific location in the
document, they bring you to the page containing location.

I have tried the Adobe forums and the only responses I've received are from
people with similar problems.

I'm still searching.
