Contacts: When printing selected items, last few don't print

settings: Using Outlook 2003. Print Multiple Contacts in Detailed Address
Card format. 1 column, no empty fields at end. Printing two-sided(book), on
Franklin Classic paper (Custom 5.5 x 8.5), plain paper. Print Selected
Contacts only.

Problem: When I select multiple contacts, the last few (1-10) contacts (a)
do not show up in print preview, and (b) do not print. The larger the number
of contacts selected, the greater the number of missing contacts.

Goal: To be able to select all contacts of a particular letter, and have all
selected contacts print.
