Contact Manger locks up Outlook when I click on folder?

I recently loaded Contact Manager for Outlook, and it worked OK. Now when I
click on the Contact Manager folder in Outlook, I get a message that "Contact
Manager cannot complete your last request" and Outlook locks up.

Here's one explanation: the sqlserver service that's running BCM's
MSSMLBIZ instance is turned off.

If it is, start it up, and set it to autostart.

If your connecting to a shared database , enable the option to create an
offline database and see if the issue reoccurs
