Calendar Printing Assistant

How do I access it in OL2007? I know it's installed but can't find it.
(Instructions just say to use OL normally, but maybe my usage is abnormal?

You don't. It's a separate Office application. Look for it in your Microsoft
Office tools group in the Programs menu.
