Bug in Word 2007?

I have a template with a user form convertet from a Word 2003 to Word 2007 format. Here is the problem. I fill the forms in the document with values from the userform. In Word 2003 everything works fine ( .dot format ), after converting, only the first word in the form field has the correct formatting, the rest of the words are in Times New Roman 12, while they all should be in Arial 8 ? Any ideas ?
