Why "va" at the end of a phrase is marked as error in Italian spelling tool?
For example:

«poi se ne va.»
~~~

It makes no sense. It is absolutely correct.

For whatever reason it wasn't included in the basic dictionary. You
need to add it yourself.

This sort of thing happens in all of the languages I work with. The
Turkish spelling dictionary for example doesn't recognize any word
form derived from the root "gec" so I have to add each one that it
encounters.

That is the problem: «va» *is* in the basic dictionary. It is marked as
error at the end of phrase, that is «va.»
If I add it to dictionary it does NOT remove the error underscore.

diccionario personal (en lugar de añadir <<va>>)?
