Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>bcm (more info?)

I'm constantly havibg trouble with BCM.
I have downloaded both service packs and still no luck fixing the crashes.
I saw on here someone suggested removing a certain registry key. I cannot
find the key they listed.
I always get the error message and when I try to open BCM, I crash the whole
Outlook several times per day.
This is very frustrating and Microsoft won't fix it unless I pay them $99 an
hour to talk to me (Are you kidding me?)
If anyone has any suggestions, I welcome them. I made the mistake of
trusting an MS product to run my business, but it's more liekly to ruin it
instead.
