I'm looking to set up a series of sales process related tasks using the "Business Project" functions of BCM.
As it is a fairly standard set of procedures I'd like to create it as a template. Once the template is set up Iwould then "attach" it to as many accounts/contacts as I need.
Does anyone have any idea how to do this? I've been mucking around with BCM for a few days and it does not seem possible.
