FYI,

We have developed a program that will allow the editing and creation of NK2
files. Depending on the version, you may also perform global changes to
SMTP and/or Exchange records.

You can find this product on MS's MarketPlace web site. Recently (9/6)
issue, PC Magazine recently mentioned our utility in answer to many
inquiries that they receive regarding this issue.

Ingressor might be a good product, but I wouldn't know because their customer service is TERRIBLE and rude.

I downloaded the software, and the code they emailed me to unlock it did not work. Randy kept insisting that I had "clearly" tried to download it to more than one computer (in other words, steal their software), and would not give me another one, or work with me to try and figure out what had happened. He said that he wouldn't give me a phone number to speak on the phone to try and figure out the discrepancy because he didnt want to "waste time on it."

Randy would only insist that I was trying to cheat him out of money, because he "knows how their software works" insisting that I had tried to download the product to more than one computer. I kept telling him that I only own one computer, so there had to be a discrepancy, and suggested that he try and look up whether the activation code I was sent had ever been used. He never responded ot this suggestion, and insisted that I was wrong and he was right. He is patronizing, unhelpful, and accusatory of a customer who was only trying to use his product - in addition to being incredibly rude and (I assume) insecure.

Ultimately, I won the disputed charge with American Express after sending them copies of our email exchanges. Be wary of dealing with this company, as their customer service is horrendous and you might never receive the product you paid for.

August 31, 2006 Customer submitted the serial number and recived the following authorization code:

Serial number: DT-1474-45AD-4B4E-15F5-C2D4-6923 Authorization code sent: 0C24-0BC5-0584-C3E5-06A4-8FC9 for this

September 4, 2006 Customer wrote: (Excerpted) DT-1466-B5EE-D473-15E7-3297-F61E. can you please send along a valid serial number?

September 4, 2006 We wrote and requested that the customer send us a file from her computer. The text is from reading her IPCONFIG/ALL utility to help us determine the MAC address(s) on her computer and to determine the possible legitimacy of her request. (Ingressor's method at the time to tie a serial number to a computer)

September 5, 2006 We received the IPCONFIG information requested from the customer's computer. In order to validate or deny the customer claim, we had to match up all MAC addresses from the customer's computer and compare them against serial numbers submitted by her requesting additional authorization codes to register Ingressor.

Please note that the serial number that the customer had originally requested on August 31, 2006 does NOT match any of the serial numbers below. Conclusion? The customer submitted a serial number from a different computer on August 31, than the serial number submitted on September 4 requesting a new (and additional) authorization code. We denied her request based on the fact that the two serial numbers submitted came from two distinctly different computers. This is an indisputable fact based on the customer supplied information below.

And, while American Express may have graciously provided her with a refund, they did NOT debit our account and in fact sent us a letter agreeing with the documentation that we submitted to dispute her claim.

Customer was attempting to secure two licenses while paying for only one copy of the software.

I created a free tool to scan all your messages in your "Send Items" folder (or any other outlook folder with messages or contacts) and put them into your outlook autocomplete cache.

I think this is what 99% of the people want... just get the autocomplete cache back to how it was Confused

It took my sysAdmin 2 seconds to see what happened. The Ingressor_support person thought she was using two computer because her ipconfig shows two mac addresses. But if he would have looked closer, he would have noticed that one was a wireless mac address and one was an onboard. Most laptops these days have wireless and onboard nics. Here is my ifconfig from my mac mini (which also has an onboard and a wireless nic)
