See the utility you can download from
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/ExportAutocorrect.htm. It creates a
table which holds AutoCorrect entries and can be edited. You should be able
to convert your CSV file to rows in this table and then use the utility to
load them into your AutoCorrect.
