I have a auto forward rule setup on outlook that forwards emails from a
specifc person to 4 of my colleagues. For some reason it sends multiple
copies of the emails to the users and they receive the same amoun that has
been sent. For example 6 copies were sent and 6 copies were recieved by each
of my colleagues. I have recreated this rule from scratch but i still have
the same issue.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Steve

Could any of your other rules be causing the duplicates? Make sure your
autoforward rule ends in "Stop processing more rules" -- that way after the
messages are forwarded, no further rules will act on those messages.

I do not have the auto forward rule set up for my emails and it's still
sending multiple times. I sent one last night, it showed still in the outbox
but I received emails telling me that they had received the same email 16
times and it filled up everyone's inbox online. I need a fix so it will
leave the outbox and quit sending the same email over and over.

Any ideas or help with this problem will be greatly appreciated.

Usually caused by scanning your outgoing mail. Uninstall your antivirus
program and reinstall it without the mail scanning feature.
