I thought that there was way to add an image to the AutoCorrect options, but
I cannot figure it out. Isn't there a way to be able to type (for example)
123 and a picture will be added to your doument?

I'm using Office 2003

Thanks, Karen

Do as follows:
Insert the image in your document and select it.
Select Tools > AutoCorrect Options > AutoCorrect tab.
In the "Replace" field, type the desired name (e.g. 123).
Make sure that "Formatted text" is selected in the "With" field.
Click Add.
Click OK.
