When we attempt to print an email, on one workstation, the attachment list
doesn't print. This does however work on the other 5 identical workstations
so I know it is possible. I have also tried changing the format settings from
RTF and HTML but those only apply to outgoing emails. The working
workstations and the failing workstation all have Outlook 2003 and no added
software.

Apply the latest service pack (SP3) for Office 2003. This issue was first
corrected in SP1.
