Adding ActiveX to a Web page?

Hello,

I've developed web pages using Frontpage 2000. I upgraded my office to
Office XP but it didn't have FrontPage.

So I am trying to develop a web page with Microsoft Word XP. I don't
see a toolbox. I don't see how to add activex controls to the web page
that aren't in the web tools toolbar.

Can someone please tell me how to add activex controls to a web page
using Microsoft Word? I want to add a Crystal Reports viewer.
