Woody's jazz band

Anyone know if Woody and his band still play in New York on Monday nights,
and if so where. I'll be in NY in mid March and it would be great to see him
and the band.

You should really make reservations in advance...as
the place is really quite small.
I took my girlfriend there in 2005 and we had a great time.

BTW: When you come to NY I would not actually recommend staying at the
Carlyle Hotel
as it's *very* expensive. The floor of the lobby was cleaner and shinier
than the plates in my kitchen Smile

Many thanks Philo. I'll take your advice and book. We are staying elsewhere
in NY, although I can't remember where at the moment!

Ok have a great time...
There are affordable hotels in NY.

BTW: When you go to see Woody, the meal will be rather expensive...
but I thought the whole experience worth it!

Hi Philo,

I've booked ($95.00 per person), it will be very expensive if they don't
have a vegetarian option Smile

But I am sure it will be a great night, and
well worth it. Do you know if I can take a camera in with me?

Yes,
You certainly can bring your camera.

I wanted to bring a camera...but decided not to as I did not want to look
too much like
a "tourist".

Guess what? I was just about the only person there who did not bring a
camera !!!!

People come from all over the world to go there.
