TV lift build question. And answers needed Smile

Its an 86cm Crt TV, Widescreen.

Ive setup my TV as my PC screen in my lounge room. the thing is its
not high enough to be a PC screen. Iys got some wood underit now that
raises it somehwat but not the ideal height i want it for a frag
session on the weekends.

What i need is lift with a rmeote woudl be great. Any websites or
plans you can point me to would be great. have no probs buildi9ng on
myself.
