Anyone catch this on Sat night? I've it taped myself and have yet to
get the time to see what kind of thing it is really, although I did
get a chance to view the first ten minutes yesterday.

I've read that Paul Merton is quite the film buff and specifically
'silent film' .. and have heard he was going to concentrate on
Hitchcock's English period (i.e. before he went to America) .. and,
again specifically, on the silents (Hitchcock's own and his work on
others', e.g. 'The Blackguard'), possibly arguing that the genesis for
all of Hitchcock's later stylistic greatness is to be found there.

Hi,
I watched it on Sat night and watched the repeats!
It was really well done.
I need to try to get hold of a copy of it; when you've finished with it, would you consider letting me have it & I replace your dvd?
My son was in it!!
